My biggest issue is that (1) the app keeps crashing. I so so so adore her, her style, her personality, etc.īUT. You feel and see results! I started following Rebecca Louise ages ago when she was training on XHIT and followed her ever since. And I’m writing it because I truly love everything about this program, how you don’t have to think about what workout to do - it’s just there, you don’t need fancy equipment, you don’t need space, etc. In my 37 years of life this is the first ever app review I’ve done. She really stands behind her brand and products she has created but most importantly she stands behind her customers! When there was a glitch with the update, Rebecca personally reached out to me with a voice message to check and see if the problem was resolved. It’s an affordable app also, no hidden fees and the price doesn’t go up after a certain amount of time. You don’t find “Karen’s” and any negativity in this group. However, Rebecca is so positive and motivating throughout the daily workouts, she inspires me to get my workout done. Let me start off with saying I do not like to exercise. The ones complaining were impatient and didn’t listen or look at any of the communication being sent out about the app.*** Not to worry though because it would all get fixed and it did. Also, before the app was updated, an email was sent out saying they were updating and there may be glitches. ***All the people saying the app is glitchy yada yada is because they updated it and there were a few glitches but everything was fixed within 72 hours. Rebecca & your dedication to helping others! Thank you so much for this fantastic app. Also love that she reminds me that results are 80% nutrition & 20% fitness. I’ve been using Rebecca’s app for over a moth now & can already see results in toning & losing inches. There is so much more to this app as well so I would encourage everyone to give it a try! The recipes are great to have & its also motivating earning burn points to spend in the burn shop. For me the calendar is a huge motivator seeing the days marked as completed.

Most of the time I’m able to workout at full strength but sometimes I am not & she makes me feel good about just moving on my pace & using or not using weights & just continues to encourage me to finish. I have Rheumatoid arthritis & no matter the workout Rebecca gives you modifications & just encourages you to do what’s best for you to make it through the entire workout. I love that she has new workouts everyday & you are able to do them day by day or choose which workout you want to do. She is so encouraging no matter what your fitness level is. I love that you can do it at home & also feel like your having a one on one session with Rebecca. I also enjoy the Sunday workouts to just relax, stretch, & breath to prepare for the next week. so much! The workouts are all different & so much fun! Rebecca really has something for everyone. This is not a quick results program or fad- THIS IS A LIFESTYLE! Sign up, get started and you won’t regret it. Whenever I’m having a down day or feel like skipping a day- I go through their posts and then I get off my bitty and get to work. The online community is so positive and motivating. I bit the bullet and purchased some Her slide products and have noticed a difference. So I did the 5 day Better you program with coach Meghan Brown and was re-inspired. I’ve plateaued over the last year and I know it’s because I’ve let some bad habits creep in. So having the calendar with a plan makes it simple and it encourages you to keep going.

It was so nice to not have to think about what workout to do- because when we aren’t feeling up for it and then have to make decisions-we are less likely to do it. Through tough times, exercise was the only thing I had control over and kept me sane. The paths to keep moving forward, or to make a comeback when I’ve been slipping. Her words have pulled me out of the depths of despair and set me o. She motivates, inspires and really speaks to the heart. Rebecca coaches you, not just through the workout- but through life. I downloaded the app and went from being fit-ish and grudgingly working out 4-5 days a week with a semi healthy diet- to working out 7 days a week.
